Braids are perfect for warm weather. They're not just practical, but fresh and flattering for any hair texture or type. The only requirement for this style is that your hair is long enough to hold a braid.

There are various types of braids for every preference.

1. You might prefer the traditional, romantic look of the French braid.

2. Pigtail braids are cute for long-haired ladies, especially when paired with a cute cap or hat.

3. A new update on braided hairstyles is the fishtail braid. Rather than using three pieces of hair, you'll only be using two. Simply alternate crossing the left and right strands until you reach the end of hair, and secure with an elastic band. The fishtail braid is casual and simple enough to wear anywhere, and works well for a casual day at the park or beach.
